Visa to Vietnam
General information:

Vietnamese entry Visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam.
Visa to Vietnam can be applied by Applicant or on behalf of the applicant at the Consular office.

Following documents are requested to summit to the Embassy:

*) Valid Passport
*) One completed application form with one passport size photo attached (Click here for the form).
*) Visa fee should be paid in cash.

Tourist Visas:

Tourist visa can be granted within one hour if the applicant staying in Vietnam less than 15 days and within 24 hours for one month single or multiple entry visa. For regular case it takes 3 to 5 working days.

Diplomatic and official visas:

For official visits, visas are granted with no fees.On applying this visa, the applicant is advised to submit NOTE Verbal or an offical letter from the concerned foreign embassies or consulates accredited to Cambodia, international organizations, or other accredited organizations based in Cambodia, or sponsors of the applicant visit in Vietnam need to apply through Vietnamese Consular Department, Ministry of foreign Affairs.

Business Visas:

On applying this visa, the applicant should obtain the approval through their sponsor (trade partner) in Vietnam. Business visa can be single or Multiple for one month, 3 month, 6 month and one year visa. If you don’t have sponsor in Vietnam, please contact the Consular office for further information and assistance.

LEGALIZATION

Document and papers need to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation of Cambodia or by The concerned foreign embassies or consulates accredited to Cambodia before being submitted to the Embassy of Vietnam in Phnom Penh for legalization.

Fill in the request paper for legalization (download the form)
Please make a spare set of copy of the legalized documents for Embassy, which will be kept with the Embassy.
